All participants attending the conference have to register online. At least one author of a paper must register for the conference to be certain that their presentation will be scheduled. Please read more details at the end of the page.
Early Bird Registration (until 31 August 2024) ticket fees for all participants is 300 € (VAT included)*
Normal Registration (until 11 September 2024) ticket fees for all participants is 350 € (VAT included)*
Registration (until 11 September 2024) ticket fees for students is 150 € (VAT included)*
*Registration includes: attendance at all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, icebreaker party, gala dinner, promotive materials and certificate of attendance.
Accompanying Person (until 11 September 2024) ticket fees is 200 € (VAT included)**

The conference fee can be paid by bank transfer. Bank Transfer (all bank fees needs to be covered by the paying party, upload of a payment confirmation in the online registration form is mandatory):

Complete the online registration, fields marked with * are mandatory. Before submitting the form, make sure that the information provided is correct. As soon as the registration is processed, the confirmation mail will be sent to you by e-mail.
If you are using bank transfer payment option, please upload your proof of registration fee payment, registration cannot be processed without payment confirmation.
